Northstar Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering early-career professionals through education and skills training.

We focus on eliminating knowledge, technical, and soft-skill deficiencies identified among many early-career professionals in the workplace. Our research showed that many early-career professionals are underperforming in the workplace due to these deficiencies. Thus, at Northstar Initiative, we focus on eliminating these identified deficiencies through our interactive and practical coursework & training materials to increase their chances of employability and performance at the workplace.

Primarily, we are solving these problems for early-career professionals. These include recent graduates, professionals in their first- fifth year, and anyone who desires to increase their chances of employability or improve performance at the workplace.

We partner with industry experts to develop interactive and practical coursework & training materials. We also host seminars & webinars that contribute to knowledge, technical and soft skill upgrades for early-career professionals.

As noted earlier, our organisation is aimed at early career professionals who are interested in improving their knowledge, technical, and soft skills.
